About Our Farm
Donating fresh produce to those in need and maintaining a sustainable farm for education, recreation and
farm activities to enrich our communities and encourage a respect for the land is a mission we care about and support.
Nestled in the rolling hills of Hunterdon County, Lebanon, NJ, Valley Crest Farm & Preserve is 150 acres of gorgeous views and vistas.
The farm consists of open pastures, fields and woodlands with an abundance of fruit trees, vegetables, Christmas trees,
an equine training facility, animals, a full-service farm market, a sawmill with modern woodshop, and open public trails for hiking.
With breathtaking views of Musconetcong Mountain,
the farm also has spacious facilities
with an approved state-of-the art commercial kitchen to hold weddings, banquets, corporate meetings, and other gatherings.
The income we receive through these rentals directly supports our mission.
In challenging economic times with so many people in need, Valley Crest Farm & Preserve helps address hunger
through its generous donations of farm-fresh produce to food banks, shelters and food pantries throughout the state.
This is made possible through the help of dedicated volunteers who assist us in the hands-on harvesting of apples,
peaches and other produce that we donate annually.
Working with such partners as
the Community FoodBank of NJ
our farm donated over 125,000 pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables to help fight hunger since 2010.
Our nonprofit arm, Valley Crest Preserve, is governed by a small board of trustees who help advance the farmís mission
of education, recreation and feeding the hungry.
Through the farmís summer eco-classes, we work with children and teens to expand their world of nature and help nurture
a respect for our environment.
