"The beautiful landscape was the perfect backdrop for our ceremony, and our reception on the patio couldn't have been better. Thank you for making our special day so wonderful!"

Nestled in the rolling hills of Hunterdon County, Lebanon, NJ, Valley Crest Farm & Preserve is 200 acres of gorgeous views and vistas. The farm consists of beautiful open pastures, fields and woodlands with an abundance of fruit trees, vegetables, Christmas trees, an equine training and boarding facility, and public trails for hiking. Valley Crest is a sustainable preserved farm for recreation, education and farm activities. We are dedicated to enriching the lives of children and their families through experiences that provide meaningful interactions with the environment and help foster a deeper connection to nature and agriculture.
Hunger is a problem every day for many families and food donations are needed, especially fresh fruits and vegetables. Our farm is proud to partner with NORWESCAP Food Bank which distributes over 2 million pounds of food annually to over 120 pantries, shelters, soup kitchens, on-site feeding programs, child care centers, senior centers, and programs for the disabled in Hunterdon, Sussex and Warren counties. Valley Crest donates 70% of our fresh produce to NORWESCAP – a donation we take very seriously. Last year we donated over 65,000 pounds which we hope to equal in 2016. If you would like to volunteer and help PICK FOR THE PANTRY through your scout group, church group, or corporation or business, please contact Linda at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 908.238.9696. This is a Community Service and many hands are welcome!
