Don't forget, firewood is available year-round at the farm for $10 a stack.
We are proud to announce that Valley Crest will offer a limited number of shares in community supported agriculture (CSA) during the 2018 season. Our CSA farm share program creates a beneficial partnership between the farm and the community.
Community members (like you!) purchase a share of fresh fruit and/or vegetables in the beginning of the season. The farmer (Valley Crest) grows and tends to the produce for you to pick up weekly. By joining our CSA you take on the risks of farming along with the farmer and reap the rewards of a successful season.

Pick Your Own
Our orchards are now closed for the 2017 season. Thank you for your support and for a wonderful year! Every PYO purchase supports Valley Crest's mission to donate fresh, nutritious produce to people in need.
We look forward to seeing you next season! We expect to have pick your own peaches ready in July and apples ready for picking in late August.
The first year of our farmer's market was a great success and we could not have done it without you. We are so thankful to each and every customer that chose our naturally- grown vegetables for their table. Just like all purchases made at Valley Crest Farm & Preserve, every dollar spent at the farm market supports our mission.
Our Philosophy: An Ecologically Friendly Farm
The connection between what we eat and how it affects our health is key to how we grow our crops at Valley Crest. With a push toward sustainability and healthy eating, Valley Crest has implemented IPM (integrated pest management), a system which reduces chemical usage in the farm’s orchards by monitoring pest populations, disease symptoms and changing weather conditions. So nothing goes to waste, our farmers use manure and compost from the farm’s horse stables to improve soil quality when we prepare the ground for planting, which enhances populations of beneficial microorganisms in the soil, which is beneficial for crops and in turn, beneficial for us! Honey bees and pollinators play an integral role in farming. That is why Valley Crest hosts honey bee hives throughout the property, encouraging pollination for our fruit and vegetables. And speaking of fruit and vegetables, do we have an exciting year for you!
With a new staff of talented young farmers, our focus is providing our customers with an array of healthy, seasonal produce from spring through November.
So look no further than Valley Crest for the best in local produce for you and your family!
