  • Lithuanian Easter Egg Decoratoring Workshop
    April 11, 12, and 19
    You will learn how to use an old-world European dying technique using nature’s hues and prints derived from vegetables, leaves, fresh flowers, plants and more. You will take home six decorated eggs along with the knowledge of how to design your own Easter eggs.

  • Eco-Classes at Valley Crest Farm & Preserve
    May to July 27, 2013 - Valley Crest Farm & Preserve offers six different fun-filled eco-courses for children and teens, many of which fulfill badge requirements for scouts: Stream Safari, Eco-Woods Adventure on the Farm, Geocaching Treasure Hunt, Nature in the Arts: Printmaking, Nature in the Arts: Paper Sculpture, BeezBuzz. All classes are taught by environmental educators.
